PATRICK J. DALY

Patrick J. Daly is the managing partner in the firm of Patrick J. Daly & Co. Paddy graduated with a Bachelor Civil Law Degree from University College Dublin and he was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1973.

In 1977 Patrick Daly and Brian Claffey established the Firm of Claffey & Daly Solicitors. Following on from the retirement of Mr. Brian Claffey, in 2010, the firm was renamed to Patrick J. Daly & Co., and currently resides at Lower Abbeygate Street, Galway.

 

Paddy is a highly respected solicitor in Galway with considerable knowledge and expertise across the law.

 

In particular Paddy has over 30 year experience as a Litigator, representing clients successfully in both, Criminal and Civil Matters, as well as Employment Disputes. Paddy has also developed considerable expertise in the areas of Conveyancing and Probate.

 

Paddy is also a qualified and experienced Arbitrator registered with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Ireland.

 

 

BREDA FORDE

Breda Forde qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 having obtained a B.A and LL.M from the National University of Ireland Galway. A native of Galway, Breda began working with Claffey and Daly Solicitors in 2004 and, since the firm’s change of name, with Patrick J. Daly & Co. since 2010.

 

Breda has particular specialist knowledge and interest in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning as well as Family Law. Breda has also developed extensive experience in the area of Conveyancing and Landlord and Tenant Law.
